doesn’t mean you have to do it all yourself.
For a decade, I’ve been coming alongside women as their person in their business. What started in 2011 as a side hustle born out of my natural desire to see women run in their lanes and succeed, turned into a
career path when I realized this:
I was surrounded by women who were struggling, overwhelmed and on the brink of burnout.
In their business.
In their calling.
In their launching.
In their mission.
Almost every woman I partnered with early on in my business needed a person. Maybe they could articulate what they needed that person to do – or maybe they couldn’t. But each and every one of them craved the same thing: someone to show them the tip of the arrow, someone to cheer them on, and someone to get stuff done.
So I shifted -

And after months of spinning my wheels trying to figure out exactly what I did and what value I could consistently offer my clients — it clicked:
I’m a small business strategist and consultant who turns your
scatter into success by being just the girl your business needs.
My earliest career energy was spent working for a sports marketing agency where I planned and hosted guest events like the US Open and closed marketing pitches that led me to positions like Assistant Festival Director for Sound & Speed, a country music and NASCAR festival in Nashville.
This is where my love for my work was born.
For the past 10 years, I’ve partnered with brands, businesses and ministry leaders to work behind the scenes and set them up for success. My clients have ranged from retail brands, Bible teachers, best-selling authors, artisans, interior designers and more — but my position has always remained the same: thriving in the background… the girl with a clipboard.
